What is the opinion on these, any one better than the other?

I use HSBC.  It's savings interest % is higher than ING.  I'm impressed with HSBC's security and their procedures.  Bank to bank transfers with HSBC is simple.

Don't have experience with HSBC, but I am happy with ING

HSBC has been terrible in every possible fucking way.
And despite having district managers, I've had to go to corporate multiple times to get shit kicked straight, down the line.

Might be a local issue, but it affects an entire district. Fuck that place.
