I noticed that when I "send and save" IMs they aren't being saved.  
(I only have 8 messages total in all of the folders).

Not sure if these IMs are really being sent or what the problem is?

Make sure you are allowing javascript and new windows to be opened by the site, any blocking on either of those will result in failures to send, save, etc.

I enabled "JAVA logging" and it appears all set now.
