| The little IM tag at the top of my page doesn't show up. Between the Edit Profile and Photo server is just a blank space. When I put the mouse on it nothing happens. My OS is XP pro and I use Opera browser. My computer at work does not have this problem. It is running 2000 and also has Opera. WTF? |
I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to. I was beginning to think I was a fucktard. |

Even if the image doesn't show up, the link should be there... This still makes no sense. There's no special chars, spaces, or anything unusual in the name of the image or path to it. All the other buttons show up for you... The only difference is that the IM button swaps out if there's messages in there. Can you look at the source (right click on page and then view source) and search for "imButton" or "imNewButton" and tell me what the path in there is? Also if you can put that in your address bar and see the image. (The full path needs to go in there, so add www.ar15.com to the front!) We'll keep at it till we figure it out. |
Yes. That worked. |

Yep, its checked. I can see and receive IM's when I log in from other computers.. I am using IE 6 (whatever latest incarnation from MS) |

I've got no clue why this happens... none at all. I've downloaded and installed about 6 versions and flavors of browsers and they ALL work for me. I'll keep trying different things, but I'm running out of ideas. There's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't work except if your client is maybe blocking certain keywords or phrases related to that link somehow. Do you guys run any sort of personal firewall, ad blockers, cookie blockers, etc? |
