How do you set the default size for a new IE window when it opens?
It seems to change randomly on my computer and I dont know how to set it.

That's a mystery to me too. Sometimes new windows are tiny, sometimes they're just smaller than full size.
It seems to vary by itself.

I believe it remembers the state of the last IE window to be shut the last time you closed all IE windows.

Try opening just one. Size it the way you like it, then shut it down. It should come up the same as you left it. If you open additional windows, these should also pick up that setting.

Dammit, there is a way to set a default size (in windows XP at least), I did it once on accident, I cant remember how!

Nah I tried that, I always size the IE window to full screen and close it at that size. Up until a few hours ago it would open new ones slightly less then full screen and now it opens them in about half screen.
