I want it. Is cheaper thru Verizon than the google store. Do you miss the unlocked bootloader?

On the google store version. Which is full price.

The early Verizon there was a script for it but as far as I know it has been patched out

This. I flashed almost every smart phone I've had, and wanted to do the ones I didn't, until I got the Pixel. My friends with Samsung phones can't understand why I bought the Pixel instead of the S7. I tell them it's about having a phone I'm happy with straight out of the box without having to rip the guts out of it and replace them with something that's not bloated to Hell and back.

I have the nexus 6 now and its over 2 years old. Starting to show its age

I'm a fan of cyanogenmod. My HTC one M8 seems to like it well enough. It's AOSP based which would certainly hurt the feelings of any of samsung's fans (fuck be upon touchwiz).

I am starting to research new phones though, mine's getting fucky and even after a wipe and clean install it's still exhibiting issues.

I don't use it nearly as much as I did in the states, so a basic android that I can customize should do the trick nicely.

Same here. Never getting another Samsung until they get rid of the useless garbage on their devices. Just ordered an Essential for something different and may get the Pixel 2xl when it's out. Pure Android is best Android.

Stock android has gotten good enough to where I usually don't bother flashing but lenovo can't see fit to bring android 7 to the moto x so I'm running lineage
