I'm sitting here listening to tunes on WSUB radio, and who pops in the chat? None other than Sgtar15. Here's a guy who's without a doubt fucked up. Screwed the pooch. Oops. Shouldn'ta dun 'at. But man, that was a long time ago. He (from what I've been told) once had a team of moderators assigned to him, in a futile attempt to keep him in line and to keep from being forced to ban him. Didn't work. He muffed up on an EE deal, that sealed it. It wasn't undeserved. And somehow, with the passing of time, I kind of miss the guy. He's one of the "old guard". He was one of the guys who made the place fun. He made the forum unique - a kind of place you couldn't experience anywhere else. Sometimes, I kind of wish the powers that be said "Fuck it, let him sign up again. It's been long enough". How about you?

| Here's my thought: It's been a long time. The account still exists, it's just been prevented from logging in. Let him log in again, and let the chips fall where they may. If he's a fuckup, ban him again and keep it that way. But if not...it sure would be cool to experience the good part of him that made this place fun again. |

In the old days this was more of a issue than now. There are so many boards and forums out there that people hop around. Hard to find a home for some people. Others need a push and a few mini bans until they "get it" I have some major issues here, but in general this board has gotten better IMHO. Less clamping down and every time I got bitch slapped it was my fault to be sure.

I don't recall what the story was with the bad EE deal. Was it an isolated incident or was he a repeat offender? If so, details please?
Ok, So I just read the other thread. Seems like he had a bad EE deal. I guess he never made good on it? If not, I support the decision to keep him banned. I'd be curious to know what exactly the deal was and what went wrong. Also, did he fess up? What was HIS side of the story? |

And FWIW, I LOVED his doll skits. Folks like him added a LOT to this place. Bring back him, Rodent, and our favorite gynecologist! |

When did DrSalee get banned? When I first read that, I thought of drjarhead. I miss him, too. Since his last post was at 10:50, I don't think he is banned

And maybe it's my Christian upbringing, but I can't help but say "I forgive 'em on this one. It's been long enough". Just thinking out loud, of course. It's of no real consequence, one way or another. I just bet that if (some) of them were let back in after all this time, it wouldn't really be so bad.

This is a much better idea. Rodent and ARDoc were much better contributors to this site, and both did much less than that fucktard and got smacked for it. |
