I usually eat about 4 oz of cooked meat per meal. So maybe 6 oz raw meat per person.

Pork tenderloin, 17 people. We will also have bratwurst and charcuterie platter for appetizer. There will also be spaetzle, sauerkraut, red cabbage, and fried potatoes

That's lean meat like pork tenderloin or chicken breast.

You can fill up with potatoes and other sides. But if you want to pay more go for it.
