A plan is a wish-list that never happens. The whole intent of a plan is to anticipate what may happen and have back-up plans (more wish-lists). The idea is to envision what will really happen (lot's of things) and theferore be able to react more quickly to changes in conditions (the plan) - maybe even successfully on occasion.

i think what bugs me more than " plan" is his constant mentioning of " allies, global test lead the world", or anything that has anything to do with getting approval from someone who isn't american.

We used a different set of rules - every time WMDs were mentioned, every time a foreign leader was mentioned by name every time a foreign country was mentioned every time a debatee gave shit to the moderator every time a candidate acted like an asshole to the other one 'indirectly' (group consensus) and a couple others which I can't remember. |
