I don't own any guns.  I sold them two weeks ago to some guy, whom I don't know.

Two of my firearms would be exemped and one of them is still semiautomatic.

My Krag and my Remington pump shotgun are the only firearms I own that would pass this.  The rest would all be required to be registered.

I don't get it. They want to give everyone free health care, free prescription drugs, a tax cut for the middle class, and balance the federal budget.

But somehow they are going to find the money to create and maintain a national firearms registry when it Canada (a nation with about 1/10 the population of the US) has a 400% cost overrun on their gun registry that everyone in the world realizes is an enormous failure.

And all of this after she just got her ass handed to her on the AWB renewal fight. Frankenstein must think that Americans are completely braindead!

Sold all mine to a guy in a boat.  Tragically, he never made it back to shore.

Unless I'm missing something, no one would have to register anything.

18 USC 921(a)(35) is a definition of body armor.  If added to the end of the cited code section as posed in your hypothetical, the new language would be meaningless gibberish with no applicability to anyone.

Was this a trick question?

She's a twat-cunt-whore.
More than likely there'll be a $50 surcharge on each firearm manufactured and sold to fund it.
