Looks like we are on the downslope of the most recent panic. Even .22lr is appearing in limited amounts now.
How long until the next panic? I think the Kenyan has the next mass shooting scheduled for late July - early August. Will some nut go off script before then? I need to get some lower parts kits ordered, and need a grasp of the proper time frame.

Next session, as long skankfaces ticker is still working. People wont panic over a background check deal that seems "common sense" on the cover. The bans are dead for the session. I just hope people get their asses out and vote.
ETA:Also, it doesnt matter if they take the house back in 2014(for guns at least) Any senator that is up for vote this time, was up for vote when O crushed Mccain. He already had 4 million less votes this go around. The votes in the senate shouldn't change. I already know my liberal senator will be replaced with another one and the other one is The top Pub and isnt up for vote. The bans are so far off vote wise that it wont happen anytime soon. There is a huge loss of enthusiasm for the MAN and the midterms are for pissed off people not fsa Of course that doesn't matter when you have a threat against your liberty and all of the grandstanding is being done. |

| The politicians have burned themselves out with this one, and the states that were able to enact laws have done so. There won't be another full scale panic until the next major shooting. Unfortunately I would say with 100% certainty that the next adam lanza is somewhere in the US right now just waiting for whatever it is they wait for. So its anyones guess, a day, a month, a year, 5 years? 10 years? Its going to happen, just a matter of when and where. |
but next prescribed shooting will probably be right before the 4th

they already spent alot of political capital and got nowhere, they can't afford to run this thing into the ground and make the public grow weary and annoyed, they are going to let it simmer on the back burner for about 4~6 months before the next election cycle as they want people pissed off and voting..... the only other possible other reason for sooner would be to make a bunch of this scandal stuff blow over, hussein needs a win right now if he's going to get anything done, so there's that possibility...fbho..next run will be on ak's and mosins, lol

New laws and legislation already pending aside....As soon as the next mass-murder-shooter is thrust onto the headlines . Could be next week . . . . or next month .....maybe tomorrow . One thing I am pretty sure of , and that's summer will be hot ......tempers will be short......and some loony fuckhead is going to snap and go postal . Once that happens , the vicious cycle will continue to empty the shelves at WalMart. People than panic WANT to panic. They seem to NEED to panic. They find some sort of sick solace in panic. They seem unable to plan ahead. They wait until its a big emergency and then rush in, unprepared and over-spending, whining and complaining about their situation... which is self-made. And they generally seem to have little backbone.... eager to offer to trade away rights if the bad politicians will "just leave us alone". There are PLENTY of them here. |

When these scandals blow over some. It took about a year and a half with F&F.. There will be mass shootings between now and then but they wont be made into national events by the media networks until the white house PR guys tells them it will overshadow the current federal fuckups.
