If there were sights on it, the front sight would disappear after 3 shots anyway - that porting will fill it up with soot.

That's the titanium Infiniti TIKI pistol. It has a 4 dot sight system milled into the slide. Gun was in a few mags about 2 or 3 years ago, never heard about it again

I think you can get a better idea from this pic.
Looks like the rear sight in the inside two dots, and the front sight is the outer two dots, with the target (I assume) down the groove in the middle.
