We have a 8 foot Douglass Fir and the wife has put 1200 lights on it this year. Not her most, which was 2000. But thats not all we also have a live 6 foot fraiser fir with 800 lights.  Any body have a wife who does this?

Mercury vapor.  Hmm, hadn't thought of that.

I have 150 Whelen strobes in red and white.  Unfortuntately you can't see anything for a few minutes after looking at the tree for all the black spots on your corneas.

Isn't it a little early for a Christmas tree?
I'm still at school, but I HIGHLY doubt we have a tree set up yet.

To damn many.  The bad thing is the first time around I tested all the lights then get them on the tree and they don't work. Had to do it over again.

This year we got a 8 feet tree and it has 650 lights on it.
Couple years ago we got a 12 feet tree and had 1,200 lights on it.
