I got a small raise today. The first one in 3 years.
Might get another in July. Frankly I'm stunned. I didn't expect this. Thank God I live in Utah, where the recession isn't quite so bad.

As usual this time of year, there's a sign in payroll informing one and all that we are getting a pay raise on 4-1-12 (well, last year, it said 4-1-11.)
No raises in 7 years, and two 10% pay cuts in the past two.
