You might try someplace like JEGS...dont know if they could help or not.

That will be a BEAST when you get it running though.

If it is throttle body, what are those fuel rails and injectors at each intake runner?

ETA.  I don't know about your system but the photo shure looks like a port injection system.

Yep...indeed, those are injectors.
That is a port injection, with a throttle body instead of a plenum (spelling?)

After looking at your set up it looks like you would be well off with a MegaSquirt controller. If you can solder and have access to a laptop (A cheap older one) its a sweet set up.

From what I found on Google and various news groups Cutler was a marine fuel injection set-up.
However, it looks like a lot of people used it for street cars.

Here is one news group entry:

Fuel Injection:  Since the carburator that I wanted was over $700, I figured that I would give fuel injection a shot too.  Within a  few days  I purchased a complete Cutler fuel injection system off of ebay.com.  It was complete, but it was on a bigblock manifold. I searched around the web and found a few places that could convert my SBC manifold to fuel injection. I thought about doing the conversion myself, but decided that it would not be worth the time, effort and money.  I also tried to get a hold of Cutler get a price on a small block manifold, but I was unable to contact them.

I eventually sent it off to Arizona Speed and Marine. They should be able to do a professional job and at a cost of only $280. This includes milling the intake for injectors, welding in the injectors (from underneath), building the fuel rails, and attaching the rails to the intake.  AND they were courteous and professional on the phone, unlike a company in Florida that I had contacted previously.

So far I have invested: $676 for the intake including shipping, $280 for ASM conversion, $38? for shipping, for a grand total of: $994 (not including the $330 intake, which I already had). Hopefully
the system will work when I finally bolt it on.  It came with 38lb injectors, which are a little large.
I may just have to get a higher lift cam or port the heads to compensate.  :)

Does anybody know what happened to Hirel (Cutler)? I called them
yesterday and their phone has been disconnected. Does anyone in the
Miami area know what happened to them or have any contacts? I contacted
a person by the name of John, I believe in Arizona, that was doing some
technical work for them. Does anyone have a number for this engine
builder? I would appreciate any and all info that might lead me to
technical support. I have had great luck with my unit and don't want to
lose track of the people involved with it. Thanks!!

The original Caddilac Seville of 1975 used a port injection system with a throttle body. Looks just like that manifold. Engine for Seville was really an Olds 350.

I stand corrected, yes it is a port fuel injection type,
as for the frame "rust color", the frame was sent out to be blasted, I had the motor there to size it up to the inner fender wells.
Thanks for all of the info,
called Holley and they said the Commander 950 system is based on the Cutler system and can
adapt to the one I have.
This is what it will go into, 1946 Mercury

This is one I just finished
