Do you have any firearms that have only had your reloads (no factory ammo) shot through them?

It occured to me the other day that my Rem. 700 PSS in .308 has never had a factory round fired through it (except for a few at the factory, I guess). Just my handloads.

It made me feel a little proud. My 1903A3, while in my posession, has only had my reloads through it.

Two - one is a 6 PPC and the other a custom 308. The 6 PPC has a tight-neck chamber absolutely requires handloads.

ETA: All of my other centerfire guns get handloads too. My FAL tends to get the surplus Radway Green, though.

I've never shot factory loads through ANY firearm I own.
I usually have the reloading equipment set up and ammo produced before I've ever even bought the firearm.
In fact I'm doing that right now for my "soon to arrive" 50BMG....

ETA: Well me retract that statement a little, I do have HydraShok in my carry 1911.

Yep but it is a wildcat so it is requires handloads.

My Rem 700,NEF and .45 Colt have only ever eaten handloads from the time they came out of the box.

Pretty much shoot surplus stuff or handloads anymore in other guns as well.

Cant remember the time that I actually bought a box of ammo that wasnt .22lr

Anyone else having trouble finding .223 bullets and primers?  Every where I look its out of stock.

The whole of the reloading world is right there with ya.

I have a Remington 700 chambered in 7mm STW that has been fed nothing but handloads.

I've got a Savage 10fp
DPMS .223 varmint
Marlin 1895 45/70

those have only had reloads through them.

My 657 has had nothing but my handloads shot in it.

My Ruger No. 1 in .416 Rigby knows nothing but my handloads, and at $140+ for a box of factory ammo, I do believe things will stay that way.

yeah, my 6.5 Grendel AR.

I got tired of waiting for ammo availability, so I rounded up reloading components and dies from 5 different places.

I am VERY pleased so far.

I usually get a box or two of factory to test a new gun.  Other than that, it's reloads as much as I can manage time to make.

Most all my centerfires have only had handloads through them. When I showed my kids you could buy ready made ammo at the store in little boxes they were surprised

I don't think I've shot factory ammo through my FS2000, HK53, HK33, Kimber Warrior, or ARs.

Rem 700 HB in .308 in an AICS stock. Nothing but 175g Sierras go down the pipe.
Both my FAL's. ,147g FMJ's
Both my 1911's. 200g SWC cast leads.
Rem 700 in 17 Rem. Berger 25g HP's

I've shot factory through every gun I own in the past, but for the past few years it's been mainly handloads except for .223 and 12ga. And .22 obviously.

I did use one mag of 75 GR match in my Noveske during a rifle league match by accident....

Other than that, it's only been 55 gr FMJ BT reloads with 24.5" gr of AA 2230 with CCI 41 primers.  Probably 2K down the tube.

Have reloaded about 4K total... on a RCBS single stage

I fired 100 factory rounds out of my .41 Mag. to get the cases and then handloaded enough ammo in those original cases to wear out the forcing cone.

I have a S&W 460 Magnum and a Savage/Stevens/A&B 221 Fireball that have never seen factory rounds. I have a Ruger Vaquero in 45 Colt that hasn't seen factory ammo since I have owned it, and I have a Mauser 98 converted to .257 Roberts Ackley Improved that will most likely never see factory ammo.

This rifle has never seen anything but reloads since I have owned it, Ruger #1 in .338 WM.  I like the 74gr of R19 under a 225gr Accubond.  I also have a couple of Swedish Mausers that have only had handloads since I've owned them, but I'm sure in 1913 they were using factory ammo.

I don't think any of my centerfire T/C's have ever had a factory round through them, my Blackhawk has not either.

Well, my .45s.  And I only used factory ammo for break-in on my rifles.

My R700 had a box of FGMM though it to establish a baseline, then reloads after that. My G17L, TRP, G20, SRP and maybe one other haven't seen any factory rounds either.

I have many (including my AR's) that have never had a factory round put thru them

Just my hunting rifles.  2 Remington 700 BDL's chambered in .300 Win Mag and 7mm Rem Mag.  The rest get a diet of reloads and surplus ammo.
