Never been on a cruise. Wanna take kiddos 6 and 3.

Where to book ?
what to pay ?
what to expect ?

Any headsup and suggestions are appreciated.

I don't do cruises but I would check their website and see what if offered from various ports.

That would at least get that part established as you research the best deal which someone knows.

cruisecritic.com may also be worth reading.

They're 6 and 3.  At that age, just book a cruise and tell them after it was done they were on a Disney vacation.  They'll forget in a week.

I went on my first cruise when I was in 3rd grade. Didn't give a shit wha the cruise line was, I was still in hog heaven (aka I ate a shitload of bacon every morning for breakfast).

Your youngin's won't know the difference.

We took our son on a Disney cruise in January. He was just about to turn 5 at the time. We honestly had a great time. The ship was very clean and the stateroom was fantastic. It was set up perfectly for a small family. We sucked it up and paid the extra for a balcony room. Worth every penny. The trip was all about the kiddo and he had a great time.
