I got all of the forms (I assume) to apply for my FFL from the ATF the other day, and before I start filling them out and possibly waste time being denied or having to do them over, I would like to see a guide of some sorts on the whole process. Do I really have to fill out the environmental survey on how much air pollution my new part time business will produce? How about the effect it will have on navigable waterways? Yes, these questions are on forms included in my package. [rant]It seems we have a tacked thread on filling out EVERY OTHER TYPE of ATF form on this site EXCEPT how to get an FFL. Why is that? Is it top secret insider only knowledge? I offered up the idea to create a FFL forum on the site to address questions like this and others, that apparently went nowhere. Out of the wealth of info on this site, it seems ridiculous NOT to have a guide to filling out FFL forms.[/rant] So...can anyone steer me to a guide or website to help me out? |
