GD-help me out. What is the thread pitch measurement of a BCM 14.5" ELW barrel?   Need a flash hider attachment.  Thanks.

I don't know but it would seem odd to not be the standard 1/2-28 tpi.

I have no idea if that is correct.  It's logical, but I do not KNOW, so take that for what it's worth.

223 is normally 1/2-28
30 cal is normally 5/8-24

It's going to be 1/2x28. If not, someone at BCM needs to be fired for making the decision to use a non-standard thread pitch for a 5.56 barrel.

heres a pro tip..

take a measuring device. count the number of threads for one inch. that gives you the pitch. Or if too short use 1/2 inch and double..

BCM got back to me and confirmed 1/2 x 28.
