lately it has been raining alot and it just got done storming an hour ago. I went out to look at my Furnace and noticed a little water on the top of it. It looks like where the lineset comes into the unit water is dripping off. Is this just condensation or another problem? Looks like this has happened before from the water stains. I opened up the unit to find everything inside is wet. Is this normal? My condensation line is draining properly outside. I dont know alot about these units and it might be normal?

When cooling you may have condensation. Looks like coils need cleaning.

Inside like a split system?  No rinse citrus smell coil cleaner. The moisture on coils will rinse it off. Keep AC runnning. Just google A coil cleaning.

Suction line gets cold just like the evaporator coil. Looks like the insulation is broken down a little bit where suction line enters the coil. No big deal

Looks like normal condensation (or "sweating") to me.

Looks perfect. If you can insulate where the suction line goes in the coil housing on the outside fine but it's OK.

Coil does not look dirty.

Button up and leave alone.

The copper pipe is meeting dew point and and humidity in air is condensating on pipe. It drips down into drain pan below coils and through pipe outside. For your own sake leave it alone. Change your filter regularly and if a problem arises call a professional.

All I did was take the cover off and take these pictures and put the cover back on. Hope that did not screw anything up.
