I got this in my email today. Are they now opposed or still neutral and expecting their consumers to carry the load? Anyone else get this?

Yep, they decided to take the path that saved them and threw the citizens of Illinois under the bus. Now they try damage control.
I'm not sure what I'm madder about..... the fact they did it or the fact I can no longer salivate at the 1911 RO. Never again Springfield or RRA....I don't care if you were to behead every gun grabbing turncoat in Congress on the steps of the Supreme Court. NEVER AGAIN. |

Ruger kicked Bill out of the company and then he died.
The trademark S&W and the original company's assets, but not the company itself, were sold by the British conglomerate Tompkins PLC and a brand new company, Smith and Wesson Holding Company, ( now renamed American Outdoor Brands) was formed. That's what it will take for either Springfield Arsenal of Rock River Arms before the see any of my money. |
