Hello all.

Am acquiring a USP 9mm compact in a trade with my friend.

IIRC it's a #1 variant - DA/SA, safety on left face of slide.

I'm left handed.

Question:  can the LEM trigger group be swapped into existing USP pistols?

Second question:  If not, where can I acquire alternate trigger group parts?

Thank you too much.

Happy Independence to all.

Any time I look at a distinctly H&K board, I have an inexplicable desire to drink Jaegermeister, speak with a guttural accent, make every sentence a long contraction, and spend and get a Benz 320 Kompressor w/ AMG package.

Don't forget, there is a HK board here too.

I am.  I have been for a while.

Thank you for the link.  I do appreciate it.
However, as I am scheduled to teach a MA firearm safety course to a contact in 14 hours, I'm trying to get the 3 day weekend recreational boozing out of the way several hours early.

I have both a full size and compact USP .45 in variant 1 that I sent to H&K for the 3lb LEM trigger. I had them back in less than two weeks. I believe the cost was about $80 each but I don't remember for certain.  The triggers are much better than before, and worth the money. H&K was a pleasure to work with.

Anybody make a Match Grade Trigger Group for the USP Compacts?

Well, not *all* of the boozing, just the boozing alotted to the day before the BBQ.

Not much.  Honest.

Rhino - thank you very much.  Your comment is of great help, and provides inspiration.
