Does anyone know if it would be possible to use money from 2 different plan years with an FSA for a single expense? Example: $3000 /yr in FSA, LASIK operation is $4400. Could I give the doctor a deposit of $1400 on the last day of the 2010 plan year, then come back the next day, have the surgery, and pay the balance with the following plan year's $3000?
