HROIDS !!!

"Several things can cause hemroids, but the biggest culprit is constipation. Straining to pass hard stools puts too much pressure on the rectum and makes the veins swell (like varicose veins behind the knees). Basically, anything that causes strain or trauma to the anal canal can cause hemroids – that’s why lots of pregnant women get hemroids (from the weight and pressure of the baby and uterus on the rectum).

Hemroids are caused by increased pressure in the veins of the anus. The upright posture of humans forces a great deal of pressure on the rectal veins, which sometimes causes them to bulge. Sitting in one place and straining while moving bowels (from constipation or hard stools) causes hemroids. Excessive rubbing, or cleaning around the anus, diarrhea, sitting on the toilet too long, severe coughing, child birth, lifting heavy objects, anal infection cause hemroids. Other contributing factors include aging, chronic diarrhea or constipation, pregnancy, heredity, frequent use of laxatives or enemas, and straining during bowel movements"

Damn man, I feel for you.  I'm on 25 and I just had a bad case.   Guys at work were wondering why I was more of an asshole than normal.  It's been a week, and I'm just starting to recover.

Pay attention to the advice offered here at ARFDOC.com.  You can't go wrong.

Keep 'em soft (If you have to, use Old Man's Cereal like Cracklin' Oat Bran), don't push, drink tons of water every day, avoid the diuretic liquids like coffee and beer (Sure...THAT's going to happen!), exercise (Get up from the computer now and then!)...and  DON'T PUSH.

I've had two colorectal surgeries.  YOU DON'T WANT ONE!!!

My surgeon told me that this problem is VERY common...just not discussed much.  Most folks keep butt-related problems to themselves...until it gets WAY too bad.  I did and I paid dearly for it.
