I just bought 2 new HP computers.  Both have been nothing but trouble.  The newest one completely crashes yesterday, so I call tech support.  The person who answered was obviously from Pakistan (as expected)  he asks for my name and I give it to him.  

Then he pauses and says "could you give me a moment, I'm having trouble with my computer"

I quip,"Is it A Hewlett Packard?  That might explain it"

long pause...Then he busts out laughing.



But 2 hours later the comp was still fried.

I've purchased my last HP product from printers to computers all have been trash.

IMO the only thing HP does right is their servers but their server tech support has gone down hill.
