How do you raise your HDL numbers, 58 years old, doc keeps on my ass about raising HDL, nothing seems to work for me. I don't take any form of meds. Is there a sure way? |

Coconut oil and other saturated fats will raise your HDL while maintaining a favorable ratio. Many of the things we "knew" about cholesterol are turning out to be false. If you have the time, please read this series:
