I'm still on good terms with most of my ex girlfriends. I still speak to most of them on a regular basis. I've noticed that most ask for advice that they will never take. On top of that, not only will they do the opposite of the advice they asked for, but they will throw that self-destructive shit into overdrive.

One recently asked my opinion on her having an affair with a married co-worker. She bought into the bullshit about him leaving his wife for her. I told her that was not going to happen and she was being a fool. She kept it going and caught an std from him.

Women don't ask for advice. They may say they are looking for some advice, but they really just want to brag, show off, or otherwise be noticed for something. They must always tell somebody what they are doing.

My girlfriend insists on talking to a female friend of gets who makes her cry. When she asks me what she should do, I tell her that she should nit be friends with someone who isn't actually a friend to her. The next day, same thing.

Ask her what she would tell a friend to do if she were asked. Then tell her to think about her answer and then decide what to do.

She's either happy with herself for doing the smart thing or has to take the blame for doing something stupid. Either way, you're removed from the equation.

Usually if I give anybody anything like advice it's only once. Ask for my advice and don't follow it?... if it hurts, you deserve it.

As painful as this sounds... I think this comment is dead on.

I've given advice to a number of my female friends, and they never listen. When they ask me for advice, they already know what they're going to do. So, they aren't really looking for advice. They want me to agree with / support the decision they've already made. When I don't support that decision, everything I say after that goes in one ear and out the other. Then, when the train wreck happens, they always say they should've listened to me.

I'm pretty much out of the advice giving business these days. The real hypocrisy on my part is, that I didn't listen to my wife when she told me that I was wasting my breath giving these women advice. So this isn't always lost on just women.

Yes. She was a good friend of mine. We "almost" dated a few times, we were hanging out one weekend and had sex like rabbits, and we kind of fell out of touch. She was always jumping from job to job. Moving from city to city.

My life has gotten much better since I got rid of the female friends. They are just too stupid to deal with. I have less than zero respect for women now including the ones in my family. If I am not fucking them I am no longer wasting time on them. Try this you might like it. It's a lot easier than banging your head into a wall on a daily basis because you can't tell them anything.

That's just females in general.

Had one girl I was friends with, didn't want anything more with her but I would have peed in her butt if she allowed. I told her she drank too much, smoked too much, stay up way to late, partied way to hard, and blamed everything on something/one else. She was constantly running late to work, gaining weight, looking like death, and getting in trouble with the cops. Told her she needed to slow her role if she wanted to see her 25th birthday.

Then one day she got a DWI and they found pills in her purse, gained a beer belly, became super unattractive, got fired, and a whole slew of self imposed shit. Don't talk to her anymore. No time for people like that.
