Looks like one of those glock contraptions where you put the pistol in a chassis with a stock and handguard.

Definitely not this, but it looks like it could be that glock Roni thingy from the next post.

Pistol of some kind in one of those chassis that turns it into an SBR?

Id vote for a glock in a Roni kit

It does bear a striking resemblance, and might explain the fact that the guy didn't fire it.

ETA:  Our thugs are awful prone to blasting away if they get stymied, or sometimes even if they get their way, and while that store has bullet resistent glass in the front, the side door to the cashier's area is wood, and not thick wood.

I'm leaning more towards the Roni with the VFG folded.

Not a Roni. Check out the arched lever with some type of protruding handle on the rear, well behind the "ejection port". I'd say toy gun of some sort.

Yeah, but if it was a Glock, he'd have most likely popped some rounds through the side door.

That could be the charging handle on the Roni:

Could be airsoft.

I'm going to guess airsoft/CO2 pistol as has already been posted. I guess it could be a handgun with one of those funky stock contraptions, but the Umarex gun posted looks like it's going to be it.

I know being stupid is usually the hallmark of trying to rob a quick stop or whatever, but what is more likely? Had a Glock in a fancy stock or a $60 CO2 airgun?

Wouldn't it make more sense to take the Glock out so it was actually concealable? Don't they just pop in and out of those things?
