Just finished taking Missouri's CCW class wherein the Instructor swore up and down that for my situation (living in an apartment) where the concern for ricochet/over penetration was a legit one, that frangible ammo was the way to go.  So like an idiot (?) I went and bought some over the weekend.  Have I been suckered?
