I've attempted a program in the past, and I never completed them because I had no idea of an actual goal to shoot for.  I asked another member for a reasonable and challenging goal.

Get yourself a deck of cards.

Flip a card & knock out that many push ups. Wait 60 seconds & flip another - repeat until you can't go on.

Face cards are worth 10, Aces = 1

I'll bet you can finish an entire deck in one month's time (if you do it at least every other day).

After you get used to it, you can shorten your break periods to 45, 30, 15 seconds, progressively.

Since I started yesterday, I'll finish the deck on 4-Feb.

Well, I haven't got around to looking for a deck of cards, but I pretended I flipped 5 face cards in a row.
I should have mentally shuffled once more. That last queen was a nasty bitch, with a witch's cackle for a laugh.
