So did Glock change their tune relating to ballistic fingerprinting?? TS [X] |
|
That's a good question. Jannuzzo is out of that position, but had said the whole time he was still going to consult in some capacity. I don't know, are people who like Glocks still going to continue to not buy them? I'd be interested to hear opinions on that. I already have several Glocks and wouldn't sell them anyway, but will I buy more? I'm not sure. It doesn't really mean much to me when guys who hated them anyway say they are going to boycott them, whatya going to do, refuse to buy two instead of refusing to buy one? [:P] |

Quoted: As I understand it, old man Gaston Glock tore Jannuzzo a new one after the SHOT show, and has given him a few months notice. "Voluntarily stepped down", ya right.. Whether he is there or not is a moot point. Glock has yet to deny the position on Fingerprinting. That tells me they used jannuzzo as a PR fall guy. If he got his ass chewed it was only because he made it public. Until glock reverses the position and publicly denounces it. The boycott goes on. |
| I too agree that the boycott goes on. The ATF said that Glock was working with them on a pilot program. Glock may have denied it. Who do you believe? Since Glock didn't push the issue and question the ATF for libel, I believe the ATF. I don't own a Glock, but I wanted to get one in either 10mm or 45. Possible a G29, 30, or 36. The ballistic fingerprint thing has changed my mind. I think I will go with H&K instead. |
