Skirt and blouse are seperates but a dress is not. That is the practical difference. On the application side, dresses generally require some sorta slip IIRC, are for "old people", and sooo not hip.
Personally, I love a nice summer dress on a woman. |

yea a summer dress on a woman is nice!
they are not new or modern or sexy. makes me wonder why seeing a girl in one turns me on. |

Q: Why would a girl wear a skirt but not like to wear a dress? A: "Because she's weird?" Not a dig, but she was equally as confused as you were by this. [:D] |

That’s going to go over well. For what its worth women in sundresses are super hot. |
