Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gas blocks and front site pin slots

Is it a problem to put on the "screw tightened" gas blocks when there was already the "pinned on" kind?  Will those two slots cause any problems when I go to put on a YHM front flip sight---the kind that uses the screws?

No sir, but if it really bothers you, you can plug the holes by driving the pins in and dressing the ends flush.  Most clamp on sights cover the holes in the barrel though.
