I've never heard of these but they are only $199 not bad. Anyone have experience with these?

Those  look cool, but I when it comes to 22 auto pistols you can't beat Ruger or Browning.  Would probably still buy because threaded barrel and all.

It is the Sig Mosquito.
Sig discontinued it and ATI bought it.
I would expect the same issues as before because they were never addressed while it was Sig branded.

Very picky on ammo, for the most part. The decocker mechanism is prone to bending; I see them in most often for that. Inconsistent trigger pull in some guns, I've seen hammers break two times, the grip screw bushings (inserted in the plastic frame) free spin if you try and tighten them too much (you're warned not to).
That being said, I've also seen some that work very well for quite a while, as long as you're using ammunition appropriate to the firearm.

I can't speak for all Mosquito owners.
Mine had the following issues;

FTF
FTE
Very crappy trigger
Front and rear sights falling off (at different times)
Extremely ammo sensitive
Broken extractor

I had a very early model, so Sig told me, and they said I should use CCI mini mags only.
To Sigs credit, they fixed it each and every time I sent it back.
Got tired of it being in their hands more than mine so I finally sold it.
I really tried to like that gun but it ended up being my malfunction trainer.
I have never owned a gun that can only use one brand of ammo.
It did run fine with CCI but I refuse to be stuck with a gun that is that ammo specific.

For 200 bucks, it wouldn't be a bad match for my GSG5SD, especially with my Sparrow on it.

I'll have to think about it.  I have a 22/45 Lite and a Savage VF-SR for tthe sparrow already...
