hmmm... I have a few classmates who put in volunteer hours working the phones for Kerry. They come in and bitch about republican assholes and I just smile while I laugh my ass off in my mind.

Well if they're trying to convince me of something and call for 3 weeks straight I wanna talk to someone so if I need to I can just tell them to f*** off and stop calling.

Why would an independant, successful individual vote for a candidate who wants to tax and regulate him to death? You can prove you have what it takes to be that by buildiing your own AR at half it would cost your poor beleagured parents to buy it for you.

In 2000, I was a Republican Precint Comitteeman.
This didn't stop the DNC.  I had "canned calls" from Algore, the Rev. Jackson, Rev. Sharpton (IIRC), and the NAACP "Voter Action Project", or whatever it was, with James Byrd Jr.'s daughter talking about how Bush was evil because he didn't support "hate crime" legislation, and how it was like her dad was getting killed again. (even though W supported the DEATH PENALTY for those f+ckin' scum - the fact that it wasn't a "special crime" made it worse somehow)  I love how they talked about change being needed for "our people" and how we needed to "vote democratically" (as opposed to voting totalitarianistically?  )I feel I was profiled because of my neighborhood.  Where's my reparations ? |

I get those calls also...they are quite annoying because there isnt a real person for me to tell them they are an asshole.
I'm 19, so when i walk into the local kerry HQ they love seeing me and get all excited about a "young voter." What they don't like is when i take a TON of signs and stickers and stuff them into the trashcan out front... |

I got a visit from the Kerry door-knockers before I got my Bush/Cheney & Tim Michaels signs up...
They started into they're 'We're working to defeat Bush' (not elect Kerry, Defeat Bush, mind you), untill I told them I worked for the Bush Campaign... Got a kind of 'How could you' attitude... |

If they give a phone number to call, or an option to speak to an operator, use it, then blast whoever answers with a pneumatic horn.

I downloaded the Dooo Daaa Deee 3 tone "out of service" jingle, and recorded that into the answering machine. Most autodialing software will hang up at that point and remove your number from the "active" list.
I had it running for almost a year. Before long, we rarely had any calls. |
