some other assorted ingredients I don't remember

I'm drinking a Pinot Noir from Cristom Winery in Oregon. An old college buddy challenged me to a wine war. He sent me this bottle of wine and I sent him a bottle of Norton from Hermanhoff Winery in Missouri. We're supposed to compare wines, I guess. Anyway, I fixed up a couple of steaks for me and the Misses and opened this bottle of wine. I've been evaluating the wine pretty seriously tonight and have the beginnings of a good buzz on . . .
