In Dien Bien Phu it was a mix of French soldiers and Legionaires. The book "Hell in a Very Small Place" is a really good read.
Donald Rumsfeld declared a few months ago that the French were not our allies. Did anyone catch the footage on Fox of the French officer in charge bitch slapping the French journalist? Then Fox asks him about it and he just says "ask me a different question." |
