I'll be there Friday and Saturday of next week on a school function. Other than get out and bang as many hot wimminz, what is some cool free stuff you can do right inside the city? I believe i'm staying right in Times Square at the Raddison or something. I don't quite remember.

Sunday is by far the best day for Central Park but Saturday afternoon ain't bad either.  The Park would be on my list for Saturday afternoon assuming good weather.

Stop by and say hi to Mayor Bloomberg! (Join his coalition).

Shoot at rats w/a slingshot in Central Park.

Go to Grand Central and ask one of the polite City employees there for directions and then get your ass chewed out for being such an ingnorant SOB that you cannot read the signs and figure it out yourself.

Enjoy the pungent fresh air of the city.

Ride the rails and really smell the fragrance of the city. While riding count the wino's, homeless, panhandlers, and muggers.

Shop at the corner Homie Home shopping network. Get a real good deal on fake Rolex's, TAG's, etc.

Visit Harlem.

Watch a cowboy in only his boots, underwear, and hat singining in Times Square.

It jsut don't get no better than that!

let me guess...you haven't been to NYC in the last 15 years or you've only seen it on tv

Catch the Staten Island Ferry.  It's FREE (and you too can afford it). The National Park Service has a tour of Governor's Island that is FREE (and you can afford that too).

Nice to find peepul cheap like me.

Yes, I have been there recently. Until a year ago I used to have to go to Newark, NJ all the time. Crosssed the river to get the best Corned Beef samiches in the world in NYC.

It was a joke based on sterotypes of NYC. I did get a pleasant individual at Grand Central once though.

I like NYC and yes, it has improved in the last 10 years.

Aint to sure about that singing cowboy though.

Definitely go check out the Metropolitan Museum of Art. What a lot of people don't know is that it is: pay what you want. You don't have to pay the fee they ask. You can give them 5 cents if thats what you've got.

Also, at dusk, go for a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. The lights of the city are beautiful as are the ones on the bridge. It may be a bit chilly, so bring a wind breaker. Bring a camera. Oh, when you get to the otherside of the brooklyn bridge, turn around. Don't wander around brooklyn.

There's tons to do. Make SURE you go to a good restaurant. You won't regret it. Great place (maybe a little pricey....) is 'Isle of Capri'. http://isleofcapriny.com/

Definitely check out central park. Can't go wrong.
