During the AWB I bought a Butler Creek "fixed" folding stock for my 10/22.  I think I've figured out how to make it fold, is there any legal reason that I shouldn't?

It looks just like this one.  www.impactguns.com/store/media/butler_1022_folder.jpg

The gun is American made - pull out the allen screw and pop out that black spacer.

Then Put the screw back in and toss the spacer in the garbage.

If it is not against your state law, do it.

I suspected there wouldn't be any problems with it, just wanted to make sure.  Thanks guys.
