After seeing a lot of fails with people posting images of food unfit for humans, I thought i would give it a crack. The wife looked at me like I was crazy when I started laying out all the weaponry, but she just rolled her eyes and let me get on with it.
So to start, here's the prep. Two NY strips seasoned with fresh cracked pepper and Himalayan rock salt. I poured myself a nice cold mug of Delerium Tremens to help things along.

The final layout. Sorry about the iPhone pic. For some reason it was having a hard time focusing on this one.

Yeah, should've cut the steak. I only eat them rare to medium rare. I would've made a side but the wife said she didn't want anything but the salad. Can the tequila shot be substituted for a side?
And really, 5 out of 10? Wow.....that's rough.
