Virago stayed over this past weekend (saturday into sunday), and while she was here she activated her southern hospitality program and applied her Texas cooking skills to whip up a batch of enchiladas:
With a side of chili (beans included, which I also personally modified by adding chili powder, pepper, and cheese to give it a zing), dinner was delicious. I even had leftovers for lunch today Weapon specs are as follows: AR-15 - DPMS M4A3 upper, 1/7 twist, chrome lined barrel - Bushmaster pre-ban lower, rare "purple" factory screw up (It's a faint eggplant purple color) - Bushmaster BUIS - Bushmaster 6-pos telestock - Spectre Gear 3-point sling w/ ERB I won't consider it complete until I get the optics (TA01NSN w/ Doc sight), but for now it'll do. The other piece is an HK 770 with Leupold glass on top that I inherited from my grandfather. I don't own any pistols yet so I figured I'd throw you guys a bone with the 770 to substitute 
Knife is a KA-BAR with serrated edge. I do have beer in the house but it's only Budweiser and Corona, so I left it out figuring you guys would have bitched over it. I also found a few bottles of left over Sam Adam's Winter Lager in the same fridge, but as soon as I saw it I knew one of you fuckers would take away points for it being out of season
