Excellent job on the steak. Charring indicative of proper extreme high-temp searing, interior coloring indicative of proper timing of previously mentioned searing and removal at proper internal temperature. I'd say that guy topped out around 128ish internal temp?
ETA: pulled at 116ish, topped at 128 while resting. |

| Don't know the exact internal temps. I go solely on time; a nice little 3-5 minutes on the initial setting, then flipping once a minute or 2 for a couple flips. Was darn good, and no need for any of that BBQ or A1 sauce. Sauces on a steak typically = garbage to me. |

10! Fried okra! Mac & cheese Ah hell nah. U NOT DISSIN DA MACS AN CHEEZ????? Anyway. Whats wrong with mac and cheese? I'm talking home made and not the blue box crap. A little place down in Portsmouth makes a kiler mac and cheese. The lady that cooks there looks about 80. Lotta soul in that soul food joint. |

You have that pistol pointing toward you while you are eating.

It was actually pointed that way for the photo op. After I took it it was positioned differently, but of course no evidence of that, so ca-sa-ra-sa-ra. I was going to give you a 10/10, until that... "Que sera, sera" Sorry, but misuse/spelling of foreign sayings is a pet peeve of mine. Oh, what the heck... 10/10. |

I thought the steak was burnt to shit, but looks just right in the cut open pic.
good job for your first one. Needs a better knife -1 Napkin goes on the right -1 8/10 bacon is always a plus, coulda sprinkled some bits on the mac and cheese
I like the two tone look of the AR |
