What i am dealing with is the empty apt. across the hall which was vacated 3 months ago. The owner tells us she is not going to have it cleaned until she finds a new tenant. The old tenant left a bunch of crap over there which is emmitting an oder strong enough to kil a large donkey. First it was just the hallway, but now is coming into my apartment. The door in unlocked and i am going in to find the source and put it out on the patio over there. if i am not back in 10 minutes call the police and report a death.

Dude.. Contact the : State department of health and the local city council Ms not have it cleaned will regret that little gem http://www.health.state.nd.us/DoH/contact.htm If this is not a BS post the code enforcement and dept of health will be on the apt mgr like stink on shit |
