This happened in 2001, right? This is 2014?

Memorial is ok, fire happened in building a mile or two away, close to entrance to memorial. Fire is out, press conference by local fire chief will be held around 6:30 pm to shed light on incident.

They didn't have a fire hydrant on site and had to shuttle water. Government planning, ain't it grand.
