Originally was going to be a 6' bench for reloading/cleaning/tinkering. Quickly realized more spacewould be needed, so added the 4' section on the right. Here she is, equipped with bech vise, lee classic turret press, and tablet mounted to the pegboard for watching tv, instructional videos, fucking off on ARFCOM...

There is no way that stool is comfortable with FLAMES on the seat.
No really, good job sir. |
Looks great. Only thing I see wrong is the flag needs to be flipped around. Shouldn't the Union be in the upper left corner?
Looks great. What material is the bench made of (top and frames)? Good and sturdy for working the press?
The liquor locker is legit as well. |
You need to turn your flag around. The blue field belongs in the upper left hand corner.
Looks great. Just out of curiosity, what is that little stand thing you have your Lee Turret press mounted to?
Looks like it would be useful on my small bench. |
I'll give you $20 bucks and cover shipping for that booze cabinet.
I have been looking for the right one for a few years. |
Nice setup. You should fix your flag. When hung vertically, the canton should be on the observer's left.
you got ONE pound of powder; what are you reloading, .25 auto
needs moar ammo fort,,,but it's a start. |
Can you take more pictures of that stand?
It's an Ultramount correct? How did you determine what size you needed/wanted? I am genuinely interested in the stand. Mine is bolted directly to my bench and since it's a Lee Value Press I have to unbolt it every time I want to empty the primers. I've been looking for a way to mount a jar under it and I think that stand would work. Plus it would raise it to eye level. |
Give it a month and it will look like a tornado rolled through
Commend you on your set up and organization though. |
Your flag is backwards. Should fix that, stat.
Otherwise, looks like a great space to work. |
Nice! My reloading is spread (disorganized) over 3 rooms and the garage!

Its the 9" one made for the classic turret press. Here are some better pics of the setup... Attached File Attached File I added a piece of angled aluminum to it, using the 2 pre drilled holes in the top plate, to hang bins from. Here's that: Attached File I suppose some day I will paint it black to match the rest of the mount... |

you got ONE pound of powder View Quote That was the first thing I thought too. I wasn't going to say anything because in typical GD fashion, I'm sure the OP has a 30' shipping container full of powder. He sends his supermodel girlfriend out there when he needs a pound. Beside not seeing any blue cool-aid, I like it a lot! |

I'm going to measure my bench tomorrow and see which height would work for me. Only thing I'll have to do is drill a hole in the top plate to mount a spent primer collector on the bottom of it because the Value Press doesn't have a through ram collection tube. |

Very nice looking setup op!
Especially since you've corrected the flag. It's a pet peeve of mine that drives me insane. |
Btw don't worry about the guys giving you grief about the one can of powder.
Store it all else where and have only one powder at a time on the bench. |

Nice setup. I have that same stool. I bought one of the metal work benches from Harbor Freight and put my gun gear on a few months back. https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/112200/IMG-20160904-140346787-121668.jpg View Quote |

Good work. Be careful in letting a mess get out of hand.
You'll spend 3 hours reorganizing it once you do. |
