The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that the men had wanted to buy more of the “bombs,” but had to wait until one of their girlfriends’ Electronic Benefit Transfer card had more money.

I need more bomb parts YO.

Sucks when the riot starts at the end of the month and the welfare money gets deposited into the EBT account at the beginning of the month.

Maybe that's why the grand jury waited until now to announce a verdict end of the month, welfare money getting low can't buy needed parts to make your Molotov cocktails
