Someone on the radio (Levin or Wilcow) said that it is part of a 16 million dollar program...

I love how some folks here claim that the people that ok this shit are the best and the brightest.

Seems to me that we've tried Ivy League Educated long enough. How about a common sense leader with advisers that have a proven track record of excellence in the fields?
