This past week i've contacted 2 of the major firearm mfg's requesting dealer catalog literature and price list. Both told me that now they can accept a faxed copy of my FFL for future purchases and catalog information. Has the ATF revised the policy of an original copy, signed must be obtained before transactions can be conducted...If so does this hold true to items bought and sold on the EE...Any clarification would be appreciated. David |
