So I now hear on the radio that the particular protest GF is stuck in is spearheaded by a bunch of UIC douchebags. The radio has one of them bitching because "we have bachelors and master's degrees and we're living in poverty".

GF finally made it home last night, her trip was two hours longer than her usual 20 minutes/6 miles. she sounded angry on the phone. She shook her martini shaker so hard that i think she dented it with the ice cubes. She picked up Art of Chicken, which is not involved in the bullshit. They're working too hard trying to make a buck, a very delicious buck.
