| I sent out payment and FFL copy last Wednesday Priority Mail (priority my a**) for a new rifle and it still has not arrived at the seller's. I usually "overnight" FFL copies, but it slipped my mind this time. I wonder if the IRS mail is choking the system. I contacted the post office and was told that mail must be missing 30 days to be considered lost, and money orders are not refunded for 60 days. I have praised the USPS quite a few times on this site when others ranted about them, but no more. What bothers me most is that the gentleman is sitting there waiting on my payment when he could probably make a sale to someone else. I hope it arrives tomorrow... |
