Yes thats where the guy got it from. Id like to switch the the selector to a milspec 3 position lever over the one they come with (if its compatible) |
| Unfortunately, a Republican controlled Florida Legislature along with Republican Governor Rick Scott and the new, Trump appointed, United States Attorney General Pam Bondi all decided that law-abiding Florida Citizens could not be trusted with such freedom. In fact, they went out of their way to make sure that tens of thousands of peaceful Floridans were turned into instant felons with the stroke of a pen, just for good measure. |

Quoted: I have an FFL as a manufacturer and am going to be offering factory equipped ARs with FRTs shortly. They are 100% legal. In fact, the court prohibited ATF from even suggesting they aren't legal to people. Why tie it to a transfer? Seems a little unnecessary to slap it in a run of the mill lower and now have to involve another FFL to transfer it to the buyer… |

What's going on with the court case in new york? Has that concluded yet? Seemed like we were going to have one federal district say they're legal and another one say they aren't. Which would leave most the country in a "gray" area as far as legality. If you live outside of those districts anyways. |

Would be interested to know your setup OP. I’ve been trying to get it to run smoothly with no luck. Two or three rounds in, FTF…lght strikes with both a 12 and 16-inch upper. Tried H1 and H2 buffers. Have not tried a H3 buffer, but I did pick up the super 42 in both H2 and H3. Same uppers run flawless with someone out of the stamp collections. |

Did the gov ever harass you over those things? And by that I mean did they ever make contact with you IRT these new freedom accessories we've been blessed with? |

Quoted: Who is making these? I know rare breed isn’t/can’t sell them. Didn’t they also sue another frt manufacturer and win? I’d like to buy a rare breed since they went all in against the atf. Only way to get a rarebreed frt is 2nd hand on GB unless you luck out and find someone selling theirs. The delta team ones need lock tight to keep them together from the Utube vid I saw. The rarebreeds on GB are stooopid priced 600 and up they were originally 400 dealer cost and 450 to 480 retail. As a owner of transferables you really don't need the semi option. I can't honestly think of a single time I ever shot my or my friends MGs on semi. Short controlled bursts saves ammo and keeps you on target. If you do want to hold the trigger down for mag dumps get a AK-74 muzzle brake for your AR. My buddy has a DIAS and with the brake on a 20 inch upper. @ 50 yards they are all in the paper plate free standing with 20 rnd mag. It's one of the only brakes I've seen on FA do that. . |

Got mine in a few days ago, I run an H2 in all but one of my lowers with a regular spring and an G braided spring and H2 in one of them which feels like the most resistance while charging. I have two 11.5 BCM uppers one of which is gassed very well and I get little to no blow back with a sandman S (also has the G H2 buffer setup so maybe that’s why?) And a 14.5 which is a little gassy with the sandman S. I’m planning on running 30 rounds through each upper unsuppressed and another 30 through each suppressed. I’m hopeful it runs with the G H2 buffer setup and I don’t have to go to an H3. The ROF is insane on these from the videos I have watched and looks to be a lot of fun and a practical affordable best option to a registered MG. |

Short controlled bursts saves ammo and keeps you on target. My buddy who owns a Rare Breed FRT says that while mag dumps are good for making a grown man giggle like a schoolboy, and two-to-three round bursts are doable, having a fully semi automatic position on the selector would be a great option for those moments when he just wants to fire a single round. |
|
Quoted: Why? Fuck the king! It’s like bump firing, what are they going to do ban belt loops or grand master comp shooters? I’m hopeful that eventually the MG ban, and SBR registration can get over turned Braces made SBRs essentially obsolete Bump stocks and FRT same thing. |

Quoted: The case in NY is a civil fraud case, not a case about whether the FRT is a machine gun. I'm not trying to be contrarian I'm just genuinely curious. Obviously not a lawyer. If they rule the case in favor of the DOJ, and they say that Rarebreed did deceive people into thinking that FRT's weren't machine guns when they actually were, wouldn't the court in NY be essentially saying they are machine guns in order for that to be true? Will that set up future cases in the district? I'm also curious to see what the 5th district will do after they shot down the suppressor case and said they are not covered by the 2nd amendment. Makes me have less confidence in what they will do once the case gets appealed. Though the preliminary statements did sound good. |

But again, it is a civil matter and has already raised some eyebrows with the judges as to why exactly ATF didn't pursue it as a criminal matter if FRTs are illegal. |
|
Quoted: Does anyone know if these work with a Standard (retro) Rifle length buffer and tube? Delta Team Tactical states use with H2 or H3, I'd think a rifle buffer is heavier than H3 ? As long as its a milspec lower and 16 carrier? Love to try it in a retro build |

Quoted: The burden of proof is lower in a civil case. I'm aware re: tgr burden of proof. What raised eyebrows and brought direct questioning from several judges was why ATF pursued this as a civil fraud case and not a criminal one if the company allegedly sold tens of thousands of illegal machine guns. The judges during oral arguments directly told ATFs lawyers this looks like ATF is pulling shenanigans because they don't have a solid case re: FRTs being illegal in the first place. |
